  We are partnered with Printify, a renowned print-on-demand company that handles the printing and shipping of your order. While we have a high level of confidence in their services, occasional errors can occur. Should you encounter any issues with print quality, or if you receive an incorrect size or product. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
  
  In the event of an error in printing or shipping, we gladly accept returns, exchanges, and refunds. However, please understand that refunds will not be applicable for instances where incorrect sizing or inaccurate information was provided during the order placement process.
  As we collaborate with a printing company, each order's production and shipping costs are our responsibility. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to resolving any problems that arise to ensure your satisfaction.
  
  Our collection included a Bella and Canvas 3001 unisex t-shirt, a Gildan 18000-heavy blend Crewneck Unisex sweatshirt, and Gildan 18500 Heavy Blend Unisex hoodies. Although some listings may indicate men's sizes, they are indeed unisex. To choose the right size for your order, we recommend measuring your favorite t-shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie and comparing those measurements with the size chart provided in the listing.
  While the size chart offers general guidance, please be aware that variations of up to 2 inches are possible due to Printify's standards. This should be considered when selecting sizes.
  Our mock-ups closely resemble the actual appeal items, though minor differences in design placement, size, and color may occur.
  
  When placing your order, please verify that all details- such as size, color, and shipping address - are accurate. Regrettably, adjustments cannot be made once an order enters the production phase.
  For care instructions about Direct to Garment Printing, please follow these guidelines.
  
  - Machine-wash printed apparel in cold water, inside-out, using a gentle cycle and mild detergent along with similar colors.
  - Use only chlorine bleach if necessary, avoiding fabric softener and dry-cleaning.
  - While tumble-drying on a low cycle is suitable for DTG-printed items, air-drying is recommended for optimal results.
  - When ironing, do so inside-out with a cool iron, avoiding the printed design.
