Some products are fulfilled through trusted partners such as Printify, while others are produced in-house.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Custom Orders

By placing a custom order, you agree that:

  • All details you provide are accurate and final

  • You have the right to use any images, logos, or content submitted

  • We may adjust designs slightly to ensure quality and production standards

Once approved and in production, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • Payment is required at checkout

  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time

Secure payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

Shipping

Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product:

  • Print-on-demand items (via Printify)

  • In-house custom and embroidery items

Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed due to external factors (carriers, weather, etc.).

Returns & Refunds

  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable

  • Refunds or replacements are only issued for:

    • Defective items

    • Incorrect orders

Customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery with proof of the issue.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Cute Design Studio.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Cute Design Studio is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect information provided by customers

  • Misuse of products after delivery

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
